Since I never have time to plan blog posts….
While I am here at college, I think I am going to start spending my Friday nights writing a little post for you about things that I am learning at college. Won’t be a long post, and probably won’t be very profound. But it will be little tips that I have learned throughout the week. So. Here goes!
For this week, one of the biggest things that I have learned is that time management is a huge key. If you can learn to manage your time while at college, you will do well, even if you don’t feel like you are very good at academics or anything. Take a little bit of time at the beginning of the week to write down everything you need to get done (homework, tests, projects, your job, meetings… anything else you want/need to do). Then each morning spend a few minutes making a plan of what you want to do. I highly recommend to do lists. And if you want to be really nerdy, make an excel spreadsheet and block out each thirty minutes/hour of your day. (This sounds so nerdy, but you really do get a lot done.)
